Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flipp, a PDF-to-flipbook service provided by WonderLab AS ("WonderLab", "we", "us", or "our"). By using Flipp, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flipp at flipp.page, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Flipp converts uploaded PDF files into interactive flipbooks hosted on our platform. The service is available in two tiers:
- Free tier — no account required. Upload PDFs up to 50 MB. Flipbooks expire after 1 year.
- Pro tier ($9/mo or $90/yr) — account required. Unlimited flipbooks, 200 MB uploads, custom domains, embed support, and no expiry.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use Flipp only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Use automated tools to bulk-upload or scrape content from the service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the PDFs you upload and the flipbooks created from them. By uploading content to Flipp, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent that you have the right to upload and share the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Flipp — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and software — are the exclusive property of WonderLab AS and are protected by Norwegian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Flipp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
PDF conversion results may vary depending on the source file. WonderLab is not responsible for conversion quality or accuracy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, WonderLab AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Flipp.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Flipp at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Flipp after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stavanger, Norway.
