Frequently asked questions
What is Flipp?
Flipp converts any PDF into a beautiful, interactive flipbook with realistic 3D page-turn animations. Upload a PDF, get a shareable link — it's that simple.
Do I need an account?
No. You can upload a PDF and create a flipbook without signing up. Free flipbooks are limited to 50 MB and expire after one year.
What file types are supported?
Flipp accepts PDF files only. If your document is in another format, convert it to PDF first (most apps have a "Save as PDF" or "Print to PDF" option).
How big can my PDF be?
Free uploads are limited to 50 MB. Pro users can upload files up to 200 MB.
How long do flipbooks last?
Free flipbooks expire after 1 year. Pro flipbooks never expire — they stay online as long as your subscription is active.
Can I update my PDF after publishing?
Pro users can reupload a new PDF to replace the existing one. The flipbook URL stays the same, so all shared links continue to work.
Can I embed a flipbook on my website?
Yes — Pro users get an embed code (iframe) for each flipbook that can be added to any website.
Can I use my own domain?
Pro users can connect a custom domain so flipbooks are served from their own URL (e.g., flipbooks.yourbrand.com).
What does Pro cost?
Pro is $9/month or $90/year (2 months free). You can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Billing page and click "Manage subscription". This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, change plans, or update payment details.
Is my data safe?
Your PDFs are processed securely and stored on Cloudflare R2 (encrypted at rest). We don't read, share, or sell your content.
