Copyright Policy

WonderLab AS respects the intellectual property rights of others. We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement.

How Flipp Protects Copyright

Flipp allows users to upload PDFs and convert them into shareable flipbooks. We include several protections for copyrighted content:

  • Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and share the content they publish through Flipp
  • We respond promptly to valid copyright takedown requests
  • Repeat infringers will have their content removed and accounts suspended

Filing a Copyright Claim

If you believe your copyrighted work has been published on Flipp without authorization, please send a written notice to hello@wonderlab.no.

Your notice should include:

  • Your name and contact information
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The URL or location of the infringing content on Flipp
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid copyright notice:

  • We will review the claim within 48 hours
  • If the claim is valid, the infringing content will be removed promptly
  • The account holder will be notified of the takedown
  • Repeat offenders will have their accounts suspended permanently

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice by emailing hello@wonderlab.no with:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Identification of the content that was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts

Repeat Infringers

Flipp may restrict or suspend accounts that are the subject of repeated valid copyright claims.
